摘要 在过去的十年间,多种分子诊断方法应用于耐多药结核分枝杆菌的检测,包括微阵列法、直接测序法、电泳或者杂交的方法等。本文拟对这些方法的优缺点、检测靶标基因与传统检测方法之间的比较及未来临床应用前景作简要综述。 During the past decade, several molecular diagnostic methods have been developed to detect the multi-drug resistance mycobacterium tuberculosis, including microarray, direct sequencing, electrophoresis or hybridization. This article aims to review the advantages and disadvantages of these diagnostic methods, the target genes involved in these assays and the comparison between molecular methods and traditional diagnosis, as well as the prospects for clinical application in the later years.
