摘要
教师在新课程改革中占有关键的位置,即是改革的对象,又是课改的主要实施者。教师的观念是其行为的先导,任何教学行为都是在一定的教学观念指导下进行的,没有符合新课改的教学观念,也就没有符合新课改要求的教学方式和方法。本文从教师观念出发,分析教师的教学中所存在不符合新课改的理念的传统观念,提出教师需树立哪些新的观念以适应新课改的实践要求。
Teachers occupy a key position in the new curriculum reform, that is the object of reform, and is the main perpet-rators curriculum. The idea is to guide teachers in their behavior, the behavior is in any teaching certain concepts conducted teaching guide, teaching concept did not meet the new curriculum, it does not comply with the ways and means of the new curriculum requirements. This paper starts rom the teachers' ideas, analyzes the presence of teachers teaching the new cur-riculum does not meet the traditional concept of the idea, put forward what teachers need to foster new ideas to adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum practice.
