摘要
坚持人文关怀，既是军队思想政治工作的努力方向，也是军队文化工作增强实效性和焕发生命力的保证。本文具体阐述了军队文化工作践行人文关怀要求的重要性，进而提出将人文关怀的要求落实到军队教育管理工作中各环节的三个侧重点。
Adhere to humane care, both ideological and political direction for work, but also work to enhance the effectiven-ess of military culture and radiate vitality guarantee. This article explains the importance of military culture specific work practice requirements of humane care, and then proposed three emphases to implement the requirements of humane care in the management of military education.
