摘要
目的 观察抗抑郁剂在慢性胃炎治疗中的作用。方法 在常规治疗的基础上联合使用多虑平治疗慢性胃炎 85例 ,并以行常规治疗的 82例做对照。结果 观察组 85例中 81例痊愈 (95 .3% ) ,4例好转 (4 .7% ) ;对照组 12例痊愈 (14 .6 % ) ,30例好转 (36 .6 % ) ,4 0例无效 (4 8.8% )。两组疗效有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 在常规治疗的基础上联合使用多虑平治疗慢性胃炎可明显提高疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of antidepressants on chronic gastrics.Methods In addition to the routine therapy,Doxepin was used to treat 85 cases of chronic gastrics.Routine treatment was used in the contrast group of 82 cases.Results 81 cases (95.3%) in the observation group recovered and the other 4 cases (4.7%) got improved.12 cases (14.6%) in the contrast group recovered,30 cases (36.6%) got improved and the other 40 cases (48.8%) got no curative effects.Conclusion Doxepin can be used to promote the therapeutic effects on chronic gastrics in addition to the routine therapy.
