摘要
目的探讨半夏泻心汤加减用于慢性胃炎治疗的临床疗效。方法将入选的84例慢性胃炎患者随机分为两组,各42例,其中对照组给予常规三联疗法,中药组基于对照组的常规疗法联合应用半夏泻心汤,4周为1个疗程。结果中药组总有效率为90.48%,对照组为73.81%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组幽门螺杆菌清除率、胃黏膜炎症改善率比较均有统计学差异,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎临床疗效优良,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore Banxiaxiexin Decoction for treatment of chronic gastritis clinical curative effect. Methods Will he selected 84 cases of chronic gastritis patients were randomly assigned to two groups, 42, cases in each, and the control group was given conventional triple therapy, Chinese medicine group based on conventional therapy control group joint should be with Banxia Xiexin Decoction, 4 weeks for a course of treat- ment. Results Traditional Chinese medicine group total efficiency was 90.48%, was 73.81% in the control group, two groups compared with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Two groups of Helicobacter pylori eradica- tion rate, gastric mucosa inflammation improvement rates were statistically significant treatment group was bet- ter than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the treatment of chronic gastritis is good, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
