本文从语法结构的功能和形式两个方面出发,就英汉主谓结构分别提出简明的定义,指出英汉主谓结构分析应将英语主谓句同汉语主谓词组相对比,因为它们具有相同的语法性质。主谓结构可分为典型和非典型两大类,本文着重分析英汉的非典型主谓结构。 1.英语主谓句与汉语主谓词组1.1 英语句子的间架是主谓结构,除了少数习惯用语之外。
In this paper the Subject-Predicate constructions in English and Chinese are defined in terms of their semantic functions and formal features. A comparative study is made between S-P sentences in English and S-P phrases in Chinese. The author distinguishes prototype S-P construction from non-prototype S-P construction and attention is focused on the latter.
