摘要
目的探讨应用低剂量右美托咪定对老年高血压患者围麻醉期血压的影响。方法将112例行全麻手术的老年高血压患者随机分成观察组、对照组,每组各56例;观察组采用小剂量右美托咪定(4μg/ml)静脉泵入,对照组静脉泵入适量0.9%的氯化钠溶液,比较两组患者围术期的血压变化。结果两组患者收缩压差异有显著性(F=8.731,P=0.036),观察组患者给药后5分钟、30分钟收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者心率差异有显著性(F=7.835,P=0.042),观察组患者给药后5分钟心率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的血氧饱和度比较差异有显著性(F=9.635,P=0.021),观察组患者给药后5分钟血氧饱和度低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的睁眼时间、拔管时间差异无显著性(t=0.693,P=0.489;t=0.621,P=0.536)。结论低剂量的右美托咪定对老年高血压患者围麻醉期起明显的镇静作用,并可确保围麻醉期患者的循环稳定。
Objective To study the using low dose beauty right around the time of anesthesia pyrimidine effects on blood pressure high blood pressure in elderly patients. Results Two groups of systolic blood pressure difference was statistically signiifcant (F=8.731, P=0.036), the observation group 5 min after the treatment, 30 min charge is lower than the control group (P<0.05), there are differences between the two groups of heart rate difference (F=7.835, P=0.042), the observation group 5 min after the treatment the heart rate is lower than the control group (P<0.05), two groups of blood oxygen saturation, the difference was statistically signiifcant (F=9.635, P=0.021), 5 min after the treatment group is lower than the control group (P<0.05);Two groups of open time, extubation time no statistically signiifcant difference (t=0.693, P=0.489;t=0.621, P=0.536). Conclusion Low dose of the right around the time of anesthesia tora pyrimidine on hypertension in elderly patients with apparent calm, and can ensure that around the time of anesthesia in patients with loop stability.
