摘要
本报告根据调研,分析了国内环境和国外环境,找出中国特色在哪里。初步探索出本土企业"与狼共舞"的道路,初步证明开放条件下后发国家自主创新的可行性,对后发国家,尤其是后发大国,具有启发和借鉴价值。
Based on investigation,the Chinese characteristics are found in this report after analyzing the environment home and abroad.the way of ″Dances with Wolves″ taken by local enterprises are also explored.The feasibility of indigenous innovation in developing countries under open conditions is preliminarily confirmed.These findings are important for the developing countries reference.
