胆固醇和甘油三酯代谢紊乱与代谢性心血管病的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 脂代谢紊乱是代谢性心血管病最主要发病因素,动脉粥样硬化(As)是其病理基础。胆固醇代谢障碍导致极低密度脂蛋白升高和氧化及引起的炎性反应和泡沫细胞已是公认的As病理机制。然而高甘油三酯血症(HTG)因其与As的关系至今也并不明确,且HTG在中国人群中的发病率远远超过西方人群,因此对HTG的深入研究,尤其是与临床结合的转化医学研究,有着特殊的重要意义。我们在HTG的基因修饰模式动物方面进行了大量研究,有可能在高胆固醇研究之后使代谢性心血管病的研究变为甘油三酯的舞台。
