摘要
北方农牧交错带生态环境脆弱,经济发展与生态环境严重失调,贫困与环境恶化不断加剧,为了寻求北方农牧交错带经济与生态环境协调发展的途径,应用系统动力学及指数评价法、主成分分析与层次分析对北方农牧交错带未来10年经济发展与生态环境的协调前景进行了预测。结果表明未来北方农牧交错带应选择适合区域特点的社会经济发展速度,合理调整产业结构,加强绿色环保产业的发展,加大环境保护投资力度,促进该带经济与生态环境协调水平的不断提高,使社会经济与生态环境的发展进入良性循环。
Northen Agriculture and Stock Raising Interlace Area is one of the fragile eco-environment zones in China.The system of economic development and eco-environment is unbalance.Poverty and environment degradation are more serious.In order to seek an approach to make the economic development assorted with the eco-environment in Northen Agriculture and Stock Raising Interlace Area.This paper has forecasted the harmonious perspective of economic development and eco-environment in the future ten years by system dynamics.The result shows Northen Agriculture and Stock Raising Interlace Area ought to look for an appreciated development rate of economic which is suitable for the regional characteristic,readjusting the industrial structure in a rational way,strengthening the development of environment industry,and intensifying investment of environment protection.In the future,the city will develope in the coordinated way of economic and eco-environment with the constantly improving matchable situation and coordinative level which will make the development in virtuous cycle.
