摘要
目的探讨住院病人的死亡原因,统计死亡率高的疾病,以提高人们预防疾病的认识。方法统计分析潍坊社区卫生服务中心2004～2008年的住院死亡病例,共261例。结果居死因前3位的分别是肿瘤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病,占总死亡数的90.04%。结论加强死因顺位前3位疾病的防治工作,提高人们防病治病意识,从而降低疾病的发生率和病死率,使人们的整体健康水平得到提升。
Objective To discuss the causes of the patients’ death and to find out the diseases which have high mortalities. Methods This essay had made statistic analysis on the causes of 261 death cases in Weifang Community Health Service Center from 2004 to 2008. Results The top three causes of death were cancer, circulatory disease and respiratory disease, which accounted for 90.04% in the causes of the patient death. Conclusion We should improve the prevention work of these three diseases and arouse the people’s awareness of prevention and treatment so as to decrease the incidences and the mortalities of these diseases and enhance the people’s health consequently.
