摘要
目的了解潍坊社区居民死亡原因以及死因与年龄、性别之间的关系与特点,以此拟定针对不同年龄阶段、不同疾病的健康教育干预级别,合理地投入、分配有限的社区卫生资源,提升社区卫生服务中心的服务效率。方法采集2012年度本社区生命统计学资料,并将798例死亡居民的死亡疾病采用国际疾病分类标准(ICD-10)进行分类编码,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。结果 2012年度本社区死亡798人,平均年龄为76.59岁。其中男性423人,平均年龄74.27岁;女性375人,平均年龄79.22岁。死因顺位排序依次是:循环系统疾病(38.72%)、恶性肿瘤(29.95%)、呼吸系统疾病(9.65%)、糖尿病(4.39%),不同年龄的死亡病因也各不相同。在慢性下呼吸道疾病中,男性死亡人数高于女性。结论慢性非传染性疾病是本社区居民的主要死亡原因,尤以脑梗、冠心病、肿瘤为主。不同疾病的死亡年龄分布各不相同,针对不同年龄组开展不同疾病、不同级别的健康教育可更合理地投入、分配有限的社区卫生资源,提升服务效能。
Objective To understand the death causes and the relationship between the death causes and the age and the sex of the community residents as well as the characteristics,set up the health education intervention levels for different diseases based on different age groups,improve the service efficiency of the community health service center by the rational investment and allocation of limited community health resources.Methods Collecting the community 2012 vital statistics data,and using the international classification of diseases(ICD-10) classification code to classify 798 cases of death disease.All the data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 statistical software.Results Among the 798 death cases in the community in 2012,the average age was 76.59 years old,including 423 males with 74.27 years old,375 female with 79.22 years old.The death causes ranked as follows: circulatory system disease(38.72%),malignant tumor(29.95%),respiratory diseases(9.65%),and diabetes(4.39%).The causes of death were not identical in different age groups.In chronic lower respiratory diseases,the death rate of males was higher than that of females.Conclusion Chronic non-communicable diseases are the main cause of death in the community,especially cerebral infarction,coronary heart disease,and tumor.Death age distribution is not identical for different diseases.It is essential to carry out health education in different age groups for different diseases.Health education in different levels can make more rational the investment and the allocation of limited health resources,so as to improve the service efficiency.
