摘要
我国英语教学中存在着严重的费时低效的现状,多媒体技术的应用改善了英语教学环境,给整个英语教学注入了新的血液。在总结了多媒体技术在大学英语教学中的优势及不足之后指出将传统教学方法与多媒体网络技术结合,重新定位教师与学生在教与学中的角色是实现英语教学最优化的必然趋势。
There exists the problem of severe waste of time and low efficiency in college English teaching in China.The application of multimedia technology improves the English teaching environment and inputs new blood to the overall English teaching.This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of multimedia's application in college English teaching,points out that integrating traditional teaching method with multimedia technology,repositioning teacher and student's role in teaching and learning are the necessary trend to realize the ultimate English teaching optimization.
