摘要
将我国当前农村微观经济主体——农民的经济行为与农村环境问题结合起来,以农业大省湖南的情况为例,进行定量分析,得出的主要因素及主要因素形成的深层次外部原因,并运用外部性原理分析了如何促进农民非生态性外部行为的转变,实现我国农村经济与环境的协调发展。
