摘要
近年来,教师职业倦怠问题受到更多关注。教师的职业压力是导致教师职业倦怠的直接原因。在农村中小学校布局调整的过程中,出现了一些问题,如:班额扩大,寄宿生管理,问题学生增多,末位淘汰制的试行等。这些问题都增加了教师的职业压力,有可能引发更多的职业倦怠问题。因此,需要警惕教师职业倦怠问题,同时,可以通过加强学校心理辅导、增加教师编制等措施预防教师职业倦怠问题的产生。
In recent years,teacher burnout has been paid more attention to. Teacher s job stress is the efficient cause of teacher burnout. In period of the distribution adjustment of elementary and secondary schools in rural areas,some questions have emerged,such as enlarging students number of each class,management of boarders,increasing of problem students,trying out of lowliest places elimination series,and so on.
