摘要
目的探讨PPH手术并发症与粘膜下荷包缝合操作的关系。方法分析了35例PPH手术的有关并发症同术中荷包缝合操作的关系,找出并发症的原因,研究解决的办法。结果该组病例并发症为吻合口出血19例。残留皮赘3例。痔核脱垂4例。急便感、肛门口异物感等不适11例。均与手术操作相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between complications and purse string suture technique in PPH.Methods35cases of complications of PPH were analyzed retrospectively and its reasons and solution had been found.Results The anastomotic bleeding was found in19cases,residual skin tags in3cases,hemorrhoidal prolapse in4cases,and foreign body sensation and discomfort in11cases.Conclusion Unsuitable purse-string suture technique is the cause of postoperative multiple complications.It correlated closely with the op-erative technique.
