摘要
在社会转型中,由于利益的驱动和社会关系的调整,出现了道德约束乏力的现象,一些人对社会道德规范的认同感弱化,究其根源主要在于社会道德规范没有内化为人的内心自觉,而道德内化不力又源于人的主体意识的缺失。本文从人的主体性和道德内化的关系入手,提出发挥人的主体性是道德内化的关键,同时在道德内化过程中不断提升人的主体性。通过关注人的主体性,培养人的道德判断能力,把外在的道德规范内化为人的自觉需求,从而自愿地遵守社会道德规范。
In the transformation of the society, a phenomenon has arisen among some people whose restriction on morality and acknowledgement of social moral standards are weakening, because of the actuation of their personal benefits and the adjustment of the society. Analyzing the cause of the phenomenon, the paper comes to the conclusion that social moral standards have not been absorbed to the consciousness of the people.
