条纹管激光成像系统中 CCD 性能分析 被引量:1

Performance analysis of CCD camera for streak tube imaging lidar

摘要 介绍了条纹管激光成像技术的工作原理,说明了 CCD 在成像系统中的作用和对系统指标的影响。针对条纹管激光成像系统的需求,讨论了几种体制微光 CCD 的工作原理,并进行了性能参数的对比分析,对比了 ICCD 和 EBCCD 各自的优缺点,在此基础上,提出了系统 CCD 选择方案。 The operation principle of the streak tube imaging technology is illustrated,the role of which CCD play in the whole system and its influence on system parameters are also expounded.According to the requirements of streak tube imaging system,the schemes of various low-light CCD are discussed,and corresponding performance analysis are also made,then the alternative of CCD in the future is pointed out.
