摘要
对修订后的刑法关于单位犯罪立法的规定做出评断，有利于司法适用并为未来单位犯罪立法的科学化提供理论依据。新刑法的单位犯罪规定有诸多进展、特色与不足。理论研究的滞后性与立法、认识上的片面性、超前性，是现行单位犯罪规定不足的因由。
The new criminal code have many characters, One of the out-Standing development is crime of the corpration, This regulation replenish the shortcoming of old crimial code which natural person is the sole criminal princpal. One-sid- ed view of legislate and barkwardness of the criminal theory are the main reasons. Which are shortcomings of this regula tion.
