摘要
研究结果表明,尖孢镰孢菌菌丝生长范围在5~35 ℃,生长的最适温度为30 ℃。尖孢镰孢菌产孢的最适温度为30 ℃,0 ℃以下不产生孢子。立枯丝核菌菌丝生长范围在10~35 ℃,生长的最适温度为30 ℃。尖孢镰孢菌在pH为6.26时生长最快,产孢量最高;立枯丝核菌在pH为5.35时生长最快。尖孢镰孢菌孢子在光暗交替条件下产孢量最多,立枯丝核菌在光暗交替条件下菌丝生长最好。尖孢镰孢菌的菌丝在以蔗糖为碳源的培养基上生长最快,而在以麦芽糖为碳源的培养基上产孢最多;立枯丝核菌在以淀粉为碳源的培养基上生长最快。尖孢镰孢菌在以硝酸钙为氮源的培养基上生长最快,而在以谷氨酸为氮源的培养基上产孢最多;立枯丝核菌在以L-半胱氨酸为氮源的培养基上生长最快。
The results showed that the mycelia of F.oxysporum can grow between 5~35 ℃and the optimum is 30 ℃;the optimum temperature for generating spores is 30 ℃ and it cannot generate spores below 0 ℃.The mycelium of R.solani can grow between 10~35 ℃ and the optimum is 30 ℃. pH 6.26 is optimum to mycelium growth and generating spores of F.oxysporum, but the optimum of R.solani is pH5.35.The alternation of light and darkness can promote spores generation of F.oxysporum and it is benefit to mycelium growth of F.oxysporum. The benefit C sources to mycelium growth of F.oxysporum is Scrose, however the Maltose is benefit to generation of its spores. The mycelium growth of R.solani is best on starch. The optimally N sources is Ca(NO3)2 to mycelium growth of F.oxysporum, however Glutamic acid is benefit to generation of its spores, L-Lysteine is benefit N source to the mycelium growth of R.solani.
