交联壳聚糖对亚硝酸根离子的吸附性能 被引量:2

摘要 以壳聚糖为原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂制备出交联壳聚糖,并用红外光谱对其结构进行表征。以8-羟基喹啉作偶合试剂分光光度法测定吸附后的亚硝酸根离子的浓度,研究了交联壳聚糖对亚硝酸根离子的吸附性能。结果表明,交联壳聚糖的用量、吸附时间、亚硝酸根离子的初始浓度、吸附温度和溶液pH值都对交联壳聚糖吸附亚硝酸根离子的性能有较大影响,满足实验所得的最佳吸附条件时,吸附率可达92.5%;而在相同条件下,壳聚糖对亚硝酸根离子的吸附率却只有10%左右。壳聚糖交联壳聚糖对亚硝酸根离子的吸附机理,既有固体表面的物理吸附,也有溶液中离子之间的静电吸附,即质子化的阳离子CCTS-NH3+与阴离子NO2-的静电引力吸附。 Crosslinked chitosan was prepared by chitosan as a material and epichlorohydrin as the crosslinking agent.The adsorption property of nitrite on cross-linked chitosan was studied through 8-Hydroxyquinoline as a coupling reagent with the spectrophotometry was used to determine the density of the adsorbed nitrite.The result show that crosslinked chitosan quantity,the adsorption time,the initial nitrite density,the temperature and pH are all influence remarkably on the adsorption capability that crosslinked chi...
