摘要
跨文化适应研究越来越受到重视,并成为心理学研究的一个重要组成部分。该文首先回顾了跨文化适应的几个主要理论模型:包括单维度模型、双维模型和相对跨文化适应扩展模型;其次探讨了影响跨文化适应的社会文化因素和个人因素等;再则,总结了跨文化适应的对策;最后对跨文化适应研究做了总结与展望。
