摘要
通过燃烧合成同时致密化技术制备出TiC -Al2 O3 -Fe金属陶瓷复合材料 ,研究了材料成分对合成产物致密度的影响 .结果表明 ,在适当的致密化条件下通过优化材料成分可制备出致密度为 99.4%的TiC -Al2 O3
Dense TiC-Al 2O 3-Fe composites have been produced by combustion synthesis simultaneous densification.The influences of Al 2O 3 and Fe content on relatively density of products are researched.The results show that,at proper densification condition,TiC-Al 2O 3-Fe composite with relative of 99.4% could be prepared through optimizing compositions.
