摘要
为进一步做好运动员退役工作,加强运动员职业指导与规划,以拓宽运动员的择业面,增强就业竞争力,针对浙江省优秀运动员职业生涯指导进行调查,分析目前影响运动员职业指导的因素,并对运动员职业生涯规划进行了分析与探讨,据此提出相应的建议和对策。
In order to do better jobs of retired athletes,strengthen guidance and planning to broaden the careers of athletes,and enhance employability and competitiveness,the article made investigate to career guidance about Zhejiang elite athletes,and analyzed the current impact of the athletes vocational guidance,studied the athletes and career planning,and then put forward the recommendations and corresponding countermeasures.
