利多卡因和恩丹西酮预防异丙酚注射痛的效果比较

摘要 目的对利多卡因和恩丹西酮减轻异丙酚注射的效果进行比较,选出较佳的方案供临床使用。方法择期手术患者89例,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,按随机、双盲、对照法将患者分为三组,利多卡因组30例,恩丹西酮组29例,生理盐水对照组30例。结果异丙酚注射痛在利多卡因组为13%,在恩丹西酮组为24%,对照组为67%;两试验组间无显著差异(P>0.05),试验组与对照组均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论两种方法都可减轻异丙酚的注射痛,但从实用性和预防术后恶心、呕吐角度考虑,恩丹西酮更佳。
