摘要
综述了猪肉质性状的评定指标以及影响猪肉质性状的几个基因.即氟烷基因、RN基因、心脏脂肪酸结合蛋白基因、钙蛋白酶家族的相关基因、MyoD基因家族和黑素皮质素受体基因的研究进展。
This paper mainly summarizes the assessing index of pork qualities and progress on sever- al genes that affects Pork Qualities,which include Halothane gene,Rendement Napole gene.heart fatty acid-binding protein gene,calpastatin gene,MyoD gene and melanocortin receptor 4 gene.
