摘要
教育实习是高师院校贯彻理论联系实际原则,实现培养目标的重要环节.近几年来,化学系以先进的教育教学理念为指导,以创新发展为主旨,从综合素质教育、基地建设、管理机制、模式方法等环节的研究与创新入手,对教育实习进行了系统化改革,提高了教育实习的质量.
The teaching practice in the teaching program of the normal universities is the key sector,which is the integration of theory and practice,and carrying out the educated purpose.Under the direct of the modern educational theory and ideals,the way of traditional teaching practice in the Department of Chemistry CNU has been reformed and the new mode of it has been built in the recent years.
