摘要
教育主体性缺失是指教育主体的能动性、自主性、创造性、发展性和自我调节性等应有的属性没有得到合理发挥,突出表现在三个方面:学生主体性缺失、教师主体性缺失和教育管理者主体性缺失。教师是教育主体性合理发挥的平衡点和切入点,教师主体性的缺失是教育主体性缺失的核心,并从思想政治理论课教师主体性缺失的角度来阐述了其危害及其弥补措施。
