摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,并用GC-MS-计算机联用技术对六月霜不同产地挥发油成分进行定性和定量分析。共分离出60余种化合物,鉴定出32种,其主要成分为樟脑、7-二甲氨基-4-甲基-2H-1-苯骈吡喃-2-酮和3-亚甲基-1,7,7-三甲基双环[2,2,1]庚烷-2-甲基-环戊烷甲酸酯。不同产地六月霜挥发油化学成分种类和含量大致相同。
The research is to determine the components of the essential oil extracted from Artemisia anomala S.Moore in different areas and to provide quality control bases.Water steam distillation and GC-MS were used.More than 60 compounds were separated and 32 compounds being identified within them were 92.64% of the total essential oil.The major components are camphor,7-dimethylaminol-4-methyl-2H-Benzopyran-2one and 3-methylene-1,7,7-trimethvlbi-eyclo[2,2,1]hept-2-yl,estr cyclopentane carboxylic acid.There are no s...
