摘要
定位线夹在使用过程中发生断裂。采用金相及电子探针等手段对Cu-Ni-Si铜合金定位线夹的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,定位线夹断裂的原因主要是由于该铜合金中Si含量超标及组织粗大,在应力及腐蚀气体的作用下,引起定位线夹的应力腐蚀断裂。
During the period of using the fixed clamp of Cu-Ni-Si alloy was broken.The fracture reason of the fixed clamp was analyzed by metallurgy and EPMA.The main fracture reason is that the content of silicon in the alloy is higher than the standard value and the microstructure is bulky.The stress corrosive crack of the clamp is taken place under the function of stress and corrosive gases.
