The Three Stages of the International Dissemination of Chinese Culture

摘要 在当前经济全球化、文化多元化的背景下,世界各主要国家越来越重视本国语言和文化的国际推广,并视之为国家战略及国家、民族强盛的重要标志.加强汉语与中华文化的国际传播,不仅是提高我国综合国力,扩大我国国际影响力的战略举措,也是维护国家文化安全、实现中华民族伟大复兴的迫切要求.中华文化国际传播需要辩证分析,知己知彼,科学研究,合理布局,创新途径,占据主动,在充分保证中华文化作品质量的前提下,有效、适当、适度借助各种力量,助推中华文化走向世界,也让世界自然地成为中华文化的一部分,最终实现“无国门”的世界化.而要实现这一目标,我们必须科学掌握中华文化国际传播的阶段性特征,从而保证中华文化国际传播的针对性和实效性. Under the background of economic globalization and cultural diversity,major countries in the world place more and more emphasis on the international promotion of their own languages and cultures,as an important symbol of national strategy and national strength.Strengthening the international dissemination of Chinese language and Chinese culture is not only a strategic measure to enhance China’S overall national strength and ex·pand its international influence,but also an urgent requirement to safeguard national cultural security and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Dialectical analysis,knowing ourselves and the opponents,scientific research,rational distribution,innovative ways and taking the initiative are needed for the international dissemination of Chinese culture.On the premise of fully guaranteeing the quality of Chinese cultural works,we should effectively and appropriately use various forces to promote Chinese culture around the world and make the world one part of Chinese culture.To achieve this goal,we must scientifically grasp the stage characteristics of the international dissemination of Chinese culture,SO as to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of the international dissemination of Chinese culture.
