摘要
目的分析电针、推拿结合康复治疗在全膝关节置换术后的应用效果.方法选取该院2019年10月—2020年10月收治的全膝关节置换术患者100例,随机分为对照组与研究组,各50例.对照组接受常规康复治疗,研究组在对照组基础上结合电针、推拿治疗.对比两组的治疗效果、术前及术后2、4、8周的美国特种外科医院(the hospital for special surgery,HSS)评分以及治疗后的Barthel指数评分.结果研究组的治疗总有效率及术后2、4、8周的HSS评分、治疗后Barthel指数评分均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论电针、推拿结合康复治疗在全膝关节置换术后的应用效果显著,可多加推广与应用,有助于提高治疗效果.
Objective To analyze the application effect of electroacupuncture,massage combined with rehabilitation therapy afterf total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the study group combined electroacupuncture and massage therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,the hospital for special surgery(HSS)scores before the operation and 2,4,and 8 weeks after the operation,and the Barthel index score after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group,the HSS scores at 2,4,and 8 weeks after the operation,and the Barthel index score after treatment were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation therapy have significant application effects in the patients after total knee arthroplasty.It is worthy of more promotion and application,which will help improve the therapeutic effect.
