脑梗死偏瘫患者采用早期康复治疗对其肢体功能及日常生活能力的影响

Influence of Early Rehabilitation Treatment on Limb Function and Daily Living Ability of Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia

摘要目的探究脑梗死偏瘫患者采用早期康复治疗对其肢体功能及日常生活能力的影响.方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的68例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,每组34例.对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用早期康复治疗.比较两组患者的肢体功能、生活质量及日常生活能力.结果研究组治疗后的上、下肢运动功能评分及日常生活能力评分分别为(60.87±3.05)分、(31.19±2.05)分、(86.37±2.05)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗后的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑梗死偏瘫患者采用早期康复治疗能有效改善其肢体运动功能及日常生活能力,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用. Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation on limb function and daily living ability of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 68 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group received early rehabilitation treatment based on the control group.The body function,quality of life and ability of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results The motor function scores of upper and lower limbs and the daily living ability score in the study group were(60.87±3.05)points,(31.19±2.05)points and(86.37±2.05)points,respectively,higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy for cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve their limb motor function and daily living ability,improve the quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
