摘要
目的探讨安全护理路径模式结合心理疗法在埋伏阻生智齿拔除术患者中的应用效果.方法选择2019年10月—2021年8月于该院行埋伏阻生智齿拔除术的94例患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各47例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施安全护理路径模式结合心理疗法,两组均持续护理1周.对比两组术后恢复情况、心理状态、心率与血压、并发症发生情况及护理满意度.结果观察组术后24 h视觉模拟评分低于对照组,肿胀程度轻于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术毕心率、收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率4.26%低于对照组的17.02%,护理满意度95.74%高于对照组的82.98%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论安全护理路径模式结合心理疗法在埋伏阻生智齿拔除术患者中具有较好的应用效果,有利于改善患者情绪状态,稳定生命体征,保障治疗的顺利开展,减少并发症的发生,加快术后恢复,提升护理满意度.
Objective To explore the application effect of safe nursing path mode combined with psychotherapy in patients with ambush impacted wisdom tooth extraction.Methods 94 patients who with ambush impacted wisdom tooth extraction in the hospital from October 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received safe nursing path mode combined with psychotherapy.Both groups received continuous nursing for 1 week.The postoperative recovery,mental state,heart rate and blood pressure,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analog scale score at 24 h after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and swelling degree was lighter than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.26%,lower than 17.02%in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was 95.74%,higher than 82.98%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The safe nursing path model combined with psychotherapy has a good application effect in patients with ambush impacted wisdom tooth extraction,which is conducive to improving their emotional state,stabilizing vital signs and ensuring the smooth development of treatment,reduce the occurrence of complications,accelerate postoperative recovery and improve nursing satisfaction.
