摘要
目的探讨序贯性早期肠内营养(EEN)对胃癌根治术后患者康复效果的影响.方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年6月收治的40例胃癌根治术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各20例.观察组采用序贯性EEN,对照组采用非序贯性EEN,营养支持时间均为5 d.比较两组胃肠功能恢复时间、营养指标、炎症反应情况及不耐受发生情况.结果观察组胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术前1 d,两组各项营养指标及炎症反应指标比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6 d,观察组血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组营养支持不耐受发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论序贯性EEN可促进胃癌根治术后患者胃肠功能恢复,改善营养状况,且患者耐受性较好.
Objective To investigate the effect of sequential early enteral nutrition(EEN)on the rehabilitation effect of patients after radical gastric cancer surgery.Methods 40 patients after radical gastric cancer surgery who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.Sequential EEN was used in the observation group,while non-sequential EEN was used in the control group.The nutritional support time in both groups was 5 d.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,nutritional indicators,inflammatory response and intolerance were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 day before operation,there were no significant differences between the two groups in nutritional indicators and inflammatory response indicators(P>0.05);6 day after operation,the serum albumin,prealbumin and hemoglobin levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nutritional support intolerance in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential EEN can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve nutritional status in patients after radical gastric cancer surgery,and the patients are well tolerated.
