摘要
目的探究壮医经筋推拿疗法联合时机性康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者康复效果的影响.方法选择南宁市武鸣区中医医院2021年5—12月收治的100例LDH患者为观察对象,依据随机原则分成两组,各50例.对照组采用时机性康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用壮医经筋推拿疗法治疗,均持续治疗12 d.观察两组临床疗效,对比两组治疗前后的日本骨科协会(JOA)腰椎功能评分、腰部疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分.结果观察组的治疗总有效率96.00%较对照组的80.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组JOA腰椎功能评分(20.61±4.56)分、WHOQOL-BREF评分(81.57±9.06)分均较对照组高,观察组腰部疼痛VAS评分(1.36±0.45)分较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论LDH患者采用壮医经筋推拿疗法联合时机性康复训练治疗的效果确切,能改善其腰椎功能,减轻腰部疼痛感,提升生活质量,临床应用价值高.
Objective To explore the effect of Zhuangyi jingjin massage therapy combined with opportunistic rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 100 LDH patients admitted to Wuming District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Nanning City from May to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects and divided into two groups with 50 cases each according to the principle of randomization.The control group was treated with timing rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with Zhuangyi Jingjin massage therapy on the basis of the control group,and the treatment lasted for 12 days.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the lumbar function score of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),lumbar pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and World Health Organization quality of life-brief questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA lumbar function score(20.61±4.56)points and WHOQOL-BREF score(81.57±9.06)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the lumbar pain VAS score of the observation group(1.36±0.45)points was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LDH patients with Zhuangyi jingjin massage therapy combined with opportunistic rehabilitation training treatment effect is exact,can improve the function of the lumbar spine,reduce the waist pain,improve the quality of life,clinical application value is high.
