摘要
目的探究脑出血恢复期患者采用针灸联合肢体功能康复训练对其神经功能、步行功能的影响.方法选择本院2020年1月—2022年9月收治的60例脑出血恢复期患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组30例.对照组进行肢体功能康复训练,观察组在此基础上联合针灸干预,均持续1个月.对比两组患者的神经功能、肢体功能、步行功能及生活能力.结果观察组干预后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(12.15±1.14)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组干预后的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表中的上、下肢功能评分分别为(43.16±2.97)分、(25.34±2.21)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组干预后功能性步行量表、改良Barthel指数评定量表评分分别为(3.96±0.62)分、(70.16±3.85)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑出血恢复期患者采用针灸联合肢体功能康复训练可有效改善神经功能,促进肢体、步行功能恢复,提升生活能力.
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with limb function rehabilitation training on nerve function and walking function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the recovery period.Methods 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the recovery period admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received limb function rehabilitation training,and the observation group received acupuncture and moxibustion intervention on this basis,both lasting for 1 month.The neurological function,limb function,walking function and living ability of the two groups were compared.Results The National Institutes of Health stroke scale score of the observation group was(12.15±1.14)points,which was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the upper and lower Fugl-Meyer assessment scores in the observation group were(43.16±2.97)points and(25.34±2.21)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of functional ambulation category scale and modified Barthel index scale were(3.96±0.62)points and(70.16±3.85)points in the observation group after intervention,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with limb function rehabilitation training can effectively improve nerve function,promote the recovery of limb and walking function,and improve life ability in cerebral hemorrhage patients in recovery period.
