摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与绝经期女性急性进展性缺血性卒中(APIS)患者病情严重程度及复发风险的相关性。方法选取2022年2月至2023年1月单县中心医院收治的36例绝经期APIS患者为APIS组,另选取同期70例绝经期健康体检女性为对照组。分析Hcy水平与绝经期APIS患者病情严重程度及复发风险的相关性。结果APIS组Hcy水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。大、中梗死体积Hcy水平高于小梗死体积,大梗死体积Hcy水平高于中梗死体积(P<0.05)。中度、重度神经功能缺损的Hcy水平高于轻度神经功能缺损,重度神经功能缺损的Hcy水平高于轻度神经功能缺损(P<0.05)。APIS组复发率为16.67%,复发患者Hcy水平高于未复发患者(P<0.05)。Hcy水平与梗死体积、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、复发呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论绝经期女性APIS患者的Hcy水平高,梗死体积越大、神经功能缺损越重,Hcy水平越高。
Objective To investigate the correlation between homocysteine(Hcy)level and the severity of illness and recurrence risk of acute progressive ischemic stroke(APIS)in menopausal women patients.Methods A total of 36 menopausal APIS patients admitted to Shan County Central Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the APIS group,and 70 menopausal healthy women in the same period were selected as the control group.The correlation between serum Hcy level and the severity of illness and recurrence risk of menopausal APIS patients was analyzed.Results The Hcy level in the APIS group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Hcy level in large and middle infarct volume was higher than that in small infarct volume,and the Hcy level in large infarct volume was higher than that in middle infarct volume(P<0.05).The Hcy level of moderate and severe neurological deficit was higher than that of mild neurological deficit,and the Hcy level of severe neurological deficit was higher than that of mild neurological deficit(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of APIS group was 16.67%,and the Hcy level of patients with recurrence was higher than that of patients without recurrence(P<0.05).Hcy level was positively correlated with infarct volume,National Institutes of Health stroke scale score and recurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion The Hcy level in menopausal women with APIS is higher,and the larger the infarct volume and the more severe the neurological deficit,the higher the level of Hcy.
