摘要
目的:分析综合程序化护理干预在下肢深静脉血栓患者介入溶栓治疗中的效果.方法:收集2019年3月至2020年3月在本院行介入溶栓治疗的98例下肢深静脉血栓患者,根据干预手段不同分为对照组(常规护理干预)43例和观察组(综合程序化护理干预)55例.对比两组干预后生活质量,舒适度、疾病不确定感、心理状况,住院时间、康复时间.结果:观察组生活质量各项目评分及舒适度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);而疾病不确定感、心理状况评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);住院时间、康复时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05).结论:综合程序化护理干预在下肢深静脉血栓患者介入溶栓治疗中的效果好,可提升患者生活质量,促进患者康复.
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive programmed nursing intervention in interventional thrombolytic therapy for patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities.Methods:A total of 98 patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities who underwent interventional thrombolytic therapy in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were collected.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into control group(routine nursing intervention)with 43 cases and observation group(comprehensive programming nursing intervention)with 55 cases.The quality of life,comfort,illness uncertainty,psychological status,hospitalization time,and recovery time were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:The scores of each item of the quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of comfort in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the disease uncertainty and psychological status scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The hospitalization time and recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive program med nursing intervention is effective in interventional thrombolytic therapy for patients with deep vein thro mbosis of the lower extremities,which can improve the quality of life of patients and promote the recovery of patients.
