摘要
高校的知识产权人才培养属于一种专业教育,将思想政治教育与知识产权专业教育相融合,是在知识产权人才培养阵地落实“立德树人”根本任务的战略举措,更是知识产权强国建设背景下知识产权人才培养不可或缺的必要环节。知识产权法学课程可以凝练出爱国情怀、创新精神、规则意识、文化自信、公平竞争、社会主义核心价值观等思政元素。在微观层面,总结出热点案例融合法、日常生活结合法、情景代入宣讲法并举出实例,探讨知识产权法学课程知识传授与价值引领无痕结合的方法和技巧。在宏观层面,提出理念变革、能力提升、模式创新、机制完善“四步走”实施策略,以落实知识产权法学课程思政,为培养德才兼备的高质量知识产权专业人才贡献力量。
Intellectual property rights(IPR)talents cultivation in colleges and universities is a professional education,which integrates ideological and political education and IPR professional education.It is not only an important measure to implement the fundamental task of“Establishing Virtue and Cultivating People”in the field of IPR talents,but also an indispensable part of IPR talents cultivation under the background of building an IPR power.Intellectual property law courses can unearth ideological and political elements such as patriotism,innovation,rule compliance,cultural confidence,fair competition,and socialist core values.At a micro level,integration of hot news,combination of daily life and situation guidance are put forward to integrate knowledge dissemination and value guidance.At a macro level,four steps are recommended,namely to strengthen the reform of teaching concepts,to promote ideological and political ability,to innovate teaching models,and to improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism,so as to better realize the integration of intellectual property law courses and ideological and political education,and contribute to the cultivation of IPR talents with both profession and political integrity.
