中蒙接壤二连浩特边境口岸地区鼠传疾病调查 被引量:2

Investigation on rodent-borne diseases at Erenhot border port area between China and Mongolia

摘要 目的调查二连浩特口岸地区鼠传疾病病原体分布及人群抗体,预测鼠传疾病在当地的流行趋势。方法2019—2020年的5-9月,在内蒙古二连浩特口岸采用弓形夹法、夹夜法捕获啮齿类动物,每月连续监测5 d,用PCR法检13种病原体(鼠疫菌、土拉菌、布鲁菌、贝氏柯克斯体、钩端螺旋体、伯氏疏螺旋体、巴尔通体、无形体、立克次体、埃立克体、巴贝西原虫、博卡病毒、汉坦病毒),用ELISA法检测出入境体检人员12种鼠传疾病的IgG抗体。结果连续两年在二连浩特口岸共布鼠夹12000夹次,捕获527只鼠形动物,计2目6科9属13种,优势种为子午沙鼠。在子午沙鼠、长爪沙鼠、黑线毛足鼠、达乌尔黄鼠、五趾跳鼠、羽尾跳鼠、黑线仓鼠、短尾仓鼠及刺猬中检出巴尔通体;在达乌尔黄鼠、长爪沙鼠、五趾跳鼠中检出无形体;在达乌尔黄鼠、长爪沙鼠、子午沙鼠、五趾跳鼠中检出斑疹伤寒立克次体。从91份人血清中检测到7种病原体抗体,包括布鲁菌、贝氏柯克斯体、钩端螺旋体、伯氏疏螺旋体、立克次体、斑疹伤寒立克次体和汉坦病毒。结论中蒙二连浩特口岸地区鼠形动物种类丰富,鼠体携带病原体比率较高,存在立克次体、巴尔通体及无形体的自然感染,存在着人群感染这些鼠传病原体的风险。 Objective To investigate the pathogens distribution in rodent and human antibody of rodent-borne diseases in Erenhot port area,for predicting the epidemic trend of rodent-borne diseases in the local area.Methods From May to September 2019 to 2020,the rodents were captured by bow clips and night clips method for 5continuous days every month at Erenhot port of Inner Mongolia.A total of 13 kinds of pathogen(Yersinia pestis,Francisella tularensis,Brucella,Coxiella burnetii,Leptospira interrogens,Borrelia burgdorferi,Bartonella spp.,Anaplasma spp.,Rickettsia spp.,Ehrlichiae,Babesia,Bocavirus,Hantavirus)were detected by using PCR,and ELISA was used to detect IgG antibody of 12 kinds of rodent-borne disease in the persons take physical examination.Results A total of 12000 traps were placed at Erenhot port for two consecutive years,and 527 rodents were captured,consisting of13 species,9 genera,6 families,2 orders,and the dominant species was Meriones meridianu.Bartonella spp.was detected positive in Meriones meridianus,Meriones unguiculatus,Phodopus sungorus,Spermophilus dauricus,Allactaga sibirica,Stylodipus telum,Cricetulus barabensis,Cricetulus eversmanni and Erinaceus europaeus.Anaplasma spp.was detected positive in Spermophilus dauricus,Meriones unguiculatus,Allactaga sibirica.Rickettsia typhus was detected positive in Spermophilus dauricus,Meriones meridianus,Allactaga sibirica.Antibodies to 7 pathogens were detected positive in 91 human sera,including Brucella,Coxiella burnetii,Leptospira interrogens,Borrelia burgdorferi,Rickettsia typhus,Rickettsia and Hantavirus.Conclusion There were abundant species rodent with high rate of infected pathogen at Erenhot port area.There are natural infections of Rickettsia,Bartonella and Anaplasma in rodent,and there is a risk of human infection with these rodent-borne pathogens.
