摘要
生物安全主要是指有效防范和应对与生物相关的各类因素对国家社会、经济、人民健康、生态环境及种质资源等产生的危害或潜在风险。本文通过总结美国、英国等国家的生物安全发展现状,围绕生物安全法律体系、生物安全战略、生物安全设施、公共信息传播和预警遏制展开分析,在此基础上提出了加强我国生物安全的一些建议,以期为相关研究提供参考。
Biosafety mainly refers to prevent and respond effectively to the harm or potential risks caused by various biorelated factors to the national society,economy,people’s health,ecological environment and germplasm resources.This paper summarized the status of biosafety development in the United States,United Kingdom and other countries,focus on biosafety legal system,biosafety strategy,biosafety facilities,public information dissemination and early warning containment,so as to provide reference for related research.
