摘要
目的:从海洋真菌Arthrinium sp.中获得结构新颖的次级代谢产物。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、中压反相柱层析以及半制备高效液相色谱学等方法对海洋来源真菌Arthrinium sp.的大米发酵产物进行分离纯化,并利用核磁共振、质谱等波谱学方法结合其理化性质及文献数据进行结构鉴定。结果:确定了3个单体化合物结构,它们是:①2,3-dihydroxypropyl 9Z,12Z-octadecadienoate;②dibutyl phthalate;③1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde。结论:本研究丰富了海洋来源真菌次级代谢产物的多样性,为后续活性次级代谢产物的研究提供了参考。
Objective:To obtain novel secondary metabolites from the marine fungus Arthrinium rasikravindrae.Methods:Compounds were purified by comprehensive chromatography methods of silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20,Ostade-cylsilane(ODS),and semi-preparative HPLC and their structures were elucidated by means of physical and chemical properties,magnefic resonance imaging,spectroscopic analysis,and comparison with the reported literatures.Results:Three compounds were obtained from the rice static fermentation products,which were①2,3-dihydroxypropyl 9Z,12Z-octadecadienoate,②dibutyl phthalate,③1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde.Conclusion:This study enriches the diversity of secondary metabolites of marine-derived fungi and provides an important reference for novel promising drug leads research.
