摘要
国际化是中国公共管理研究发展的一个重要方面。本文梳理分析了中国大陆学者2019年发表于公共管理SSCI源期刊的中国主题论文,以评估其国际化现状。评估内容包括论文出处、作者特征、合作情况、署名顺序、研究主题、研究方法、具体分析方法、数据类型等方面。在评估的基础上,本文发现国际学术界的中国公共管理研究处于发展和进步中,学者们在努力讲好中国故事并发展一般性理论。中国学者未来仍需强化研究能力,植根于中国实践大地,发展具有中国特色的公共管理理论体系,让世界读懂中国。
Because internationalization is an important aspect of Chinese public administration(PA)research,this article provides a systematic review of the development of Chinese PA by analyzing Chinese scholars’publications in English-language journals that are included in the 2019 Social Science Citation Index(SSCI).Our assessment mainly encompasses the sources of the articles,the characteristics of the authors,the sources of cooperation,the positions of the authors,the research topics,the research methods,the specific analytical methods,the types of data,etc.Based on our evaluation,we find that research on Chinese PA is in the process of developing,but it has already made tremendous progress.PA scholars are making great efforts to describe the Chinese situation and to develop general theories that are applicable in international academic circles.In the future,it will be necessary for PA scholars to strengthen research skills that are rooted in Chinese practice and to develop an endogenous theoretical framework with Chinese characteristics to improve international understanding of Chinese PA.
