摘要
电力设备长期运行下因密封制品性能劣化而引发的事件占比超过60%,密封制品性能劣化是导致充油型、充气型电力设备泄漏故障的主要原因。密封材料的使用寿命对于确保电力设备的正常运行至关重要。提出一种以压缩永久变形率为性能指标,对典型种类的变压器密封圈材料分别在50℃-120℃温度下进行多因素老化试验。并利用最小二乘法估计Arrhenius方程预估密封圈寿命。试验结果表明,温度、油介质、紫外均会造成密封圈不同程度的老化,密封圈寿命呈线性相关,并应用于现场密封检测制定检修计划。
Under the long-term operation of power equipment,the deterioration of the performance of sealing products accounts for more than 60%of the incidents,and the deterioration of the performance of sealing products is the main cause of leakage failure of oil-filled and gas-filled power equipment.The longevity of the sealing material is critical to ensuring the proper operation of power equipment.A multi-factor aging test is proposed for typical transformer sealing ring materials at a temperature of 50-120°C with compression set rate as the performance index.The least squares method was used to estimate the Arrhenius equation and estimate the seal life.The experimental results show that temperature,oil medium and ultraviolet radiation will cause different degrees of aging of the sealing ring,and the life of the sealing ring is linearly related,and it is applied to on-site sealing testing to formulate maintenance plans.
