摘要
随着研究生数量的不断增加及社会环境的深刻变化,近年来研究生个体突发事件频发。以"95后"为主体的研究生群体特性显著,为校园安全稳定维护带来新的挑战。本研究在分析当前研究生群体特点的基础上,结合高校研究生个体突发事件现状,全面分析研究生个体突发事件的成因和主要特点,有针对性地提出研究生个体突发事件预防与处置机制。
In recent years,with the increasing number of postgraduate students and the profound changes of social environment,individual postgraduate emergencies occur frequently.The characteristics of postgraduate students are significant,especially those who were born after 1995 showing obvious intergenerational characteristics,which brings new challenges to the maintenance of campus security and stability.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the current group of postgraduate students,combined with the current situation of individual postgraduate emergencies,this study comprehensively analyzes the causes and main characteristics of individual postgraduate emergencies,and puts forward targeted prevention and disposal mechanisms of individual postgraduate emergencies.
