摘要
随着全球经济一体化的快速发展,传统的国际贸易方式难以跟上世界经济发展和变革的进程,跨境电子商务油然而生。我国跨境电商已有近20年历史,各类跨境电商企业和平台正在蓬勃发展。跨境电商面临前所未有的机遇,同时也存在产品、物流、法律规范等方面问题。需要先进的管理经验、完善法律制度、培养专业人才等,以帮助跨境电商更好地发展。
With the rapid development of global economic integration,the traditional way of international trade is difficult to keep up with the process of world economic development and change,and cross-border E-business arises spontaneously.China’s cross-border e-business has a history of nearly 20 years,and all kinds of cross-border e-business enterprises and platforms are booming.Cross border e-business is facing unprecedented opportunities,but there are also problems in products,logistics,legal norms and other aspects.In order to help cross-border e-business developed better,we need advanced management experience,perfect legal system and cultivate professional talents.
