摘要
跨境电子商务作为互联网与传统外贸跨界融合的战略性新兴产业,有助于推动经济贸易全球化发展,已成为国际贸易的新方式,推动着全球贸易的新变革。通过构建SWOT-PEST矩阵分析模型,从内外部两个角度出发,对中国跨境电商发展过程中面临的政治、经济、社会、技术因素进行协调、整合和匹配,总结中国跨境电商发展过程中存在的的内部优劣势以及外部机遇和威胁,通过研究得出策略组合的运用,提出相应的对策建议。
As a strategic emerging industry of cross-border integration of Internet and traditional foreign trade,crossborder e-commerce helps to promote the development of economic and trade globalization,has become a new way of international trade and promotes the new reform of Global trade.Based on the SWOT-PEST matrix analysis model,combined with the political,economic,social,technical and other factors in the development process of China’s crossborder e-commerce,we analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats from external and internal respectively,obtains the application of strategic combination through research,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,obtains the application of strategy combination through research.In the end,we propose the way to deal with a situation and some suggestions.
