摘要
该文介绍了《住院医师规范化培训教学查房指南(2021年版》(简称《教学查房指南》)的发布背景与意义,分析了目前教学查房实践中的主要问题。参照《教学查房指南》的章节顺序,将编写思路结合教学原理进行了逐一解读,并对教学查房实践中"临床思维教学、组织教学讨论、避免变成讲课"3个重要问题进行详细分析探讨。
This paper briefly introduces the background and impact of the meaningfulness of releasing the residency teaching guidelines including the Teaching Rounds Guideline by Chinese Medical Doctor Association.The paper raises a series of common puzzles and problems during teaching rounds which are often encountered by clinical teachers.The authors follow the sequence and framework of the guideline’s chapters and interpret each combined with reviewing some relevant educational theories,then explain in more details,focusing three key problems frequently emerging in teaching rounds:teaching clinical reasoning,organizing case-based discussion,and avoiding spoon-feeding lecture.
