摘要
教学查房是住院医师规范化培训的重要教学活动之一,是培养住院医师临床思维的主要途径,因此备受重视,然而作为检验医学科专业基地,因为工作性质与临床科室大为不同,不直接接触患者,接触的是患者的标本及其检测报告,而现有的教学查房模式及规范也都是针对临床专业的,检验专业无法照搬,现将我基地对于检验医学科专业基地教学查房模式的探索及实践工作做简要总结,供国内同行们参考。
Teaching rounds are one of the important teaching activities of standardized training for residents.It is the main way to train residents’clinical thinking.Therefore,it is highly valued.However,as a speciality base of laboratory medicine,because the nature of work is very different from that of clinical practice,it does not directly contact with patients,but contacts with samples of patients and their test reports.Since the existing teaching ward round models and norms are aimed at clinical majors,the Laboratory Medicine Department can’t copy these models.Now we make a brief summary of our relevant work and would like to provide a reference for the domestic practitioners.
